Individual sessions are one-on-one between client and clinician. These sessions will help you explore current stressors, identify goals & develop a plan for services to fit your needs. Session duration: 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes.
Couples/family sessions include client, clients' family or significant other and clinician. These sessions can help improve communication and conflict resolution, build trust and explore healthy boundaries to develop stronger relationships. Session duration: 45 minutes-60 minutes.
Assessments are one-on-one between client and clinician. Using motivational interviewing, the clinician will gather in-depth information (past and present) to determine services that would best fit clients needs. Assessments offered: anger management, mental health and substance use.

The Batterer Intervention Program aims to end the cycle of domestic violence, prioritize survivor safety and hold offenders accountable. BIP is a 30-week, education based program designed for offenders. The goal is to provide skills to help identify and change abusive behaviors, beliefs & attitudes. Participants must complete a domestic violence assessment prior to group enrollment.
